Tapping In
The body remembers before the mind can catch up.
Yesterday I had a delicious conversation with a new friend.
We came round to the topic of tapping.
She said it’s not really her thing—and that’s fair.
Just because it’s one of my favorite tools doesn’t mean it’s for everyone.
But when I shared how I experience tapping—how it’s less about technique and more about communion—something softened.
Her curiosity flickered.
And if the timing aligns, she’ll join us for Monday Morning Tapping.
There’s science behind why it works.
When we tap on specific acupressure points, we calm the nervous system and open pathways for the release of stuck energy.
It’s like the body finally exhales.
That’s one piece of the story.
The other is what happens behind the firewall of the subconscious.
Tapping is a bit of a cheat code for re-programming your inner world.
When you’re concentrating on tapping the right spots in rhythm, your words slip quietly past the gatekeeper of the mind.
They land deeper.
They start rewriting your system from the inside out.
And that’s where the magic begins.
But what I love most about tapping is the ritual of it.
It’s a form of meditation for me—a moving prayer.
Each tap becomes a drumbeat of remembrance, an embodied affirmation that my body and my business are on the same side.
I use tapping to release patterns that no longer serve me and to prime my neural pathways for more than I currently have the capacity to hold.
I use it to open doors to new clients and to expand my own energetic and financial bandwidth.
And when I’ve shared my favorite scripts with clients, the results have been immediate.
My favorite story?
A client wanted to call in three new clients.
A week after I sent her one of my go-to tapping sequences, she messaged me, half-panicked and laughing:
“Shaneh, I had to stop tapping!”
I asked why, and she said, “I’m too f*cking powerful—I got eleven new clients!”
And, when I pair tapping with my water ritual (you’ll have to show up Monday to learn about that one), I am limitless.
Tapping reminds me that transformation isn’t always a grand event.
Sometimes it’s the quiet rhythm of fingers on skin, a dialogue between the seen and unseen parts of us.
It’s a moment of listening so deeply that movement becomes memory.
I tap most days—sometimes before client calls, sometimes between spreadsheets and ceremonies. It’s how I keep my nervous system clear, my energy clean, and my prosperity channels open.
And now, I’m opening that ritual to you.
Starting this Monday, and every second Monday of the month, I’ll be hosting Monday Morning Tapping—a free live group session to help you clear what’s heavy and anchor what’s holy. (the other Monday’s are reserved for my paid subscribers)
