There is a limit.
Even you, with your ten browser tabs and three brilliant ideas before 9am.
Even you, with your endless heart and stretch-to-fit calendar.
Even you, who’s figured out how to do in five hours what used to take five days.
There is a limit.
And no—capacity isn’t about energy drinks or color-coded planners.
It’s not even about how much time you have.
Capacity is about how much you there is to go around.
How much clean, available bandwidth you’ve got for your vision, your team, your loved ones, your body.
How much room there is in the system for overflow.
And most of us?
We are running a deficit.
We’re tracking income and impact, but not capacity.
We know our client load, but not our energetic leakage.
We celebrate new offers, but forget to count the hidden tolls—of holding, responding, anticipating, absorbing.
So today, I want to hand you a new tool:
The Capacity Ledger.
It’s exactly what it sounds like.
A weekly ritual. A system. A reckoning. A sacred recalibration.
Because if you can track revenue, you can track return on energy.
And the return on this ritual?
Expanded capacity.
As you analyze, subtract, add, and multiply—
you stretch your ability to hold, to have, and to honor.
Your own energy. Your own brilliance. Your own life.
📓 Here's how it works:
Once a week—Fridays, Sundays, whenever you feel it—sit down and complete three columns:
🟢 What filled me?
Name the actions, people, conversations, or experiences that expanded you.
Not just "went well"—but gave you back to yourself.
– A client session that sparked new ideas
– A solo walk without your phone
– Delegating the thing you’ve been avoiding
– Deep belly laughs with your biz bestie
🔴 What drained me?
No judgment—just truth.
– The admin task you resisted for three days
– The comment that sent you spiraling
– The meeting you over-prepared for
– The launch you did out of obligation, not desire
💧 What overflowed?
This is the gold. The surprise. The anomaly.
– An idea that came out of nowhere
– A moment where you felt wildly resourced
– A task that felt easier than usual
– An unexpected “yes” from a dream client
– You lingered in the bath until your fingers pruned and your nervous system unclenched
Look at it all. Let it teach you.
Let your capacity speak.
🌀 Integration
Now, make one sacred adjustment in each category:
Add – What will I give myself more of next week?
Subtact – What am I ready to release or restructure?
Multiply – What overflow am I going to honor and build upon?
You don’t have to fix it all.
Naming the drain is the first act of liberation.
Just one thread. One choice. One moment of devotion to your own aliveness.
This isn’t self-care as fluff.
This is how capacity becomes clarity. Not just more—but more that’s truly yours.
This is resource management for rebels.
👉Reflection Prompts
What’s one drain you’ve been tolerating that needs to come off the books?
And what would change if you counted capacity as rigorously as cash?
🔥 Daily Affirmation
I honor what fills me.
I name what drains me.
I track overflow as evidence of expansion.
I create from surplus, not survival.
And I adjust as often as needed.
PS: Profit is Protest—and so is protecting your capacity. When your energy is clean, your work becomes sacred. When your system is honored, your profit becomes inevitable.

WhooHoo! This is an incredible gift and resource. Thank you.
I really like the column exercise! It feels more affirming than measuring productivity. Some days just surviving is enough and I’m glad there’s a way to note that in your system. Thank you 🫶🏾
