They say you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
If that’s true, then I’ve been exquisitely recalibrated—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—by the extraordinary humans I had the privilege of spending the last week with.
I’ve learned that communication—real, sacred, sometimes messy communication—is the bridge that brings people back to each other.
I’ve watched passions poured out like honeyed wine—shared not for applause, but as an offering. Like sacred sustenance passed hand to hand, heart to heart.
I’ve been moved by experts, guides, and visionaries who don’t just talk about change. They are the change. They walk it. They embody it. And in their presence, so did I.
I’ve had sound shake my bones and rearrange my cells.
I’ve witnessed laughter that cracked open the sky and tears that softened the earth.
I’ve been held in my fragility. Celebrated in my bigness. And then asked to go even bigger.
I’ve held space for sorrow and seen it alchemize into sovereignty.
I’ve given and I’ve received, again and again, in that holy rhythm of true community.
And somewhere along the way, I dropped the illusion that I had to carry it all alone.
Now,
🔥 I am unbothered.
🔥 I do not settle.
🔥 I simply am.
🔥 I bring a sweet intimacy into every crevice of my life.
🔥 I stress less and serve more.
🔥 I trust the container because I trust the company.
These lessons—and so many more—were gifted to me by the circle I chose to stand inside this week. It has been an honor to witness and be witnessed.
So tell me…
Who is witnessing you?
Who are you allowing to love you, challenge you, call you higher?
Who is your reminder that you get to want more—and receive it?
Who reflects your brilliance back to you when you forget?
Let this be your invitation to gather closer. To choose more intentionally. To surround yourself with people who see the real you and say: “More, please.”
PS: Take a moment—right now—to name one person who helps you dream bigger.
Text them. Thank them.
Or tag them if you’re sharing this post.
Let’s honor the ones who advocate for our wholeness and celebrate when we spread our wings and fly.
