I've been trying to figure this part out since the day I started my business 😆 Most of my work HAS to be custom.
I get you - my business is the same and I love bespoke work - and offer it regularly, but certain things are just a part of what I do - a minimum level of service, if you will - then I customize from my zone of genius, and those are premium add-ons.
