On day one, we honored Time as the first currency of trust.
On day two, we met Energy—the current that carries belief into motion.
On day three, we marveled at the bridge Capacity built between vision and embodiment.
And now we arrive at Cash—the tangible reflection of alignment.
When we dance in harmony with the first three, the cash becomes inevitable.
Not luck. Not coincidence.
Just the natural consequence of being in right relationship with all the rest.
When underwriting came back with the $56,000 increase, logic said “impossible.”
But I’d already learned to speak the language of “Or Better.”
I asked for two more weeks—and received them.
Then I did what entrepreneurs do when their backs are against the wall: I created.
I sat down with my journal and wrote a list of 31 ideas—every possible pathway money could find me.
Sell my art.
Sell my crystals.
Pre-sell programs.
Offer VIP days.
Give bonuses for prepaying CFO retainers.
Ask. Offer. Allow.
Underwriting had my feet to the fire, and I needed to move fast.
So, I made a post offering my two most popular group programs for a wild 85% off—hoping to spark enough yeses to meet the moment.
At the end, half laughing, half praying, I wrote: “Take advantage of me.”
I thought it was a joke.
The Universe took it as an invocation.
Those four words cracked the air open.
People began asking—boldly, beautifully—for what they truly needed.
They named their desires without apology.
They made offers that defied logic and rewrote my understanding of reciprocity.
Only one person bought what I offered.
Everyone else co-created a miracle.
Even now, I can still feel the hum of it—how a single act of surrender turned into a symphony of yeses, each one singing: Or Better.
And together, we proved that profit built on generosity is the purest protest there is.
People didn’t want my discounted group programs.
They wanted to co-create.
They wanted to ask for what they needed.
One client said, “That package sounds great, but could we make it a private intensive instead?”
Another said, “I can’t prepay for a year, but I’ll joyfully prepay for three months.”
Another wired extra without a word, and when I reached out to thank them, they said simply, “Places are meant to find their people, so don’t you dare apply it to my next invoice.”
Every request was an invitation to release rigidity and receive abundance through a different door.
Every “no” was a sacred reroute.
Every delay was divine timing.
Every deviation delivered something better.
And I didn’t stop asking.
Every single day—sometimes multiple times a day—I made new offers, sent new messages, opened new doors.
One morning, someone slid into my DMs and said, “Desperation doesn’t look good on you.” I just laughed because I know the difference between desperation and determination.
Desperation grasps. Determination grounds.
Money is repelled by the first and seduced by the second.
Even still—we didn’t wait.
We packed the truck, sold nearly everything we owned, and began the cross-country drive from Florida to Washington.
Every mile was an act of faith.
We didn’t know if the loan would close or if we’d arrive to a home, another delay, or even a final no.
But I knew this much: standing still would’ve meant collapsing the energy.
Movement was the magic.
So, we drove—trusting that the numbers would meet us on the road.
In the end, $61,000 flowed in ten days—then, through one final series of adjustments and a wink from the Universe, we closed on our dream home March 22nd, 2024.
That’s Or Better.
It’s the Universe saying: I heard you. I just needed to rearrange the math.
I call it the Math of Miracles—where spreadsheets meet surrender.
Where we stop treating divine timing as disruption and start seeing it as design.
Where each dollar becomes proof of right relationship: with our work, with our worth, with the wider ecosystem of generosity we’re part of.
Cash is simply the echo of alignment made audible.
And that echo resounds through everyone it touches.
👉 Reflection Prompt
Where could you invite “Or Better” into your next big ask?
🔥 Daily Affirmation
Every dollar that flows to me is part of something better.
Each offer I make is a doorway to expansion.
I trust the timing of my wealth.
I let the math turn into magic.
PS: Profit is Protest—especially when courage keeps asking until the Universe can’t help but say yes.
PPS: Tomorrow, in Part 5: Celebration, we’ll lift a glass to the home that said yes, the people who made it possible, and the wild, miraculous proof that joy shared is profit multiplied.

Someone saw that faith and said "desperation." And you didn't let that stop you. I know I would have let it raise questions in me. I love that you pushed through anyway. And you MOVED!
