What if your overflow is the revolution?
What if your overflow is the revolution?
Most of us—myself included—were taught to pour from a cup barely filled. To serve from sacrifice. To equate martyrdom with meaning. But what if we rewrote that story?
What if you poured so deeply into yourself—body, mind, spirit, nervous system, bank account—that you became a living fountain?
I see it clearly:
A champagne tower, crystal catching light.
One glass—yours—filled first.
Then the overflow cascades outward in sacred circles:
First, you.
Then your family—chosen or blood.
Your dearest friends.
Your team, your clients.
Your community.
And finally, the collective.
Your work, your wealth, your wisdom… you first.
Because when we live in the energy of depletion, we diminish our reach.
We spend droplets of our genius where floods were needed. We drip instead of deluge. We withhold our magic from the very world we came to touch. But when you allow yourself to be profoundly supported? When you let it be safe to receive, to rest, to rise?
You overflow.
And from that overflow, revolutions are born.
